Under President Trump’s direction, this will rebuild rural economies, strengthen national defense through food sovereignty, and show the world what American ingenuity can accomplish.


Regenerative ranching at scale will: 


- Rebuild massive herds of herbivores and restore vibrant grasslands across the West.


- Revitalize rural economies by creating jobs and putting more money into American ranchers’ pockets.


- Empower hardworking ranchers with tax incentives, expanded processing capacity for U.S.-made beef, and smart foreign investment partnerships – with the US taxpayer owning 10%!


- Strengthen national defense and food sovereignty by rebuilding cattle herds (currently at historic lows), making American beef nutrient-dense again, ending our net beef importer status, and securing a reliable, affordable, domestic supply for military, schools, and families.


- Honor our veterans through the Veteran Homesteading Act—granting willing veterans 99-year leases on underused BLM grazing lands.


On December 10, Secretaries Rollins and Kennedy, along with Administrator Mehmet Oz, expanded the USDA’s Regenerative Ag Pilot Program under the SUSTAINS Act. HRD then crafted a proposal for immediate executive orders and permanent legislation to supercharge regenerative ranching. It rewards excellence, mobilizes private capital, prioritizes veterans and ranchers, and relieves the need for federal government subsidies.


We’re sharing this widely today in hopes it spreads across social media.


We envision that by the time you turn 100 in 2054, RFK, you’ll witness the great prairies fully restored: vibrant, abundant, and a testament to what free Americans—ranchers, veterans, and patriots—can achieve when government clears the way.
