Happy Birthday, Robert F. Kennedy Jr! Today, January 17, 2026, marks your 72nd birthday—and what better way to celebrate than with a truly patriotic gift that honors your commitment to health, environmental stewardship, and American renewal? HighGround Ranch Developers proposes a bold national initiative: restore the lush prairies and grasslands of the American West to their pre-1776 glory through regenerative ranching. This is our Freedom 250 Moonshot—a powerful demonstration of American exceptionalism driven by free citizens, ranchers, veterans, and private capital.
This proves that environmental achievement and economic achievement go hand in hand: true conservation comes from rewarding excellence and unleashing free enterprise. Under President Trump’s direction, this will rebuild rural economies, strengthen national defense through food sovereignty, and show the world what American ingenuity can accomplish.
Regenerative ranching at scale will:
- Rebuild massive herds of herbivores and restore vibrant grasslands across the West.
- Revitalize rural economies by creating jobs and putting more money into American ranchers’ pockets.
- Empower hardworking ranchers with tax incentives, expanded processing capacity for U.S.-made beef, and smart foreign investment partnerships – with the US taxpayer owning 10%!
- Strengthen national defense and food sovereignty by rebuilding cattle herds (currently at historic lows), making American beef nutrient-dense again, ending our net beef importer status, and securing a reliable, affordable, domestic supply for military, schools, and families.
- Honor our veterans through the Veteran Homesteading Act—granting willing veterans 99-year leases on underused BLM grazing lands.
On December 10, Secretaries Rollins and Kennedy, along with Administrator Mehmet Oz, expanded the USDA’s Regenerative Ag Pilot Program under the SUSTAINS Act. HRD then crafted a proposal for immediate executive orders and permanent legislation to supercharge regenerative ranching. It rewards excellence, mobilizes private capital, prioritizes veterans and ranchers, and relieves the need for federal government subsidies.
We’re sharing this widely today in hopes it spreads across social media.
We envision that by the time you turn 100 in 2054, RFK, you’ll witness the great prairies fully restored: vibrant, abundant, and a testament to what free Americans—ranchers, veterans, and patriots—can achieve when government clears the way.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

HighGround Ranch Developers is the platform for scaling regenerative ranching, focusing on enhancing soil health to support sustainable agriculture. We provide three distinct, but interconnected components of land, operations, and AI-driven technology that promote the production of healthy food.

62% of US farmers cite tradition as the #1 barrier to adopting new practices in sustainable agriculture. Many believe, 'We've always done it this way,' even when considering the benefits of regenerative methods for soil health and producing healthy food in ranching.
There are 500 million fiercely independent family-operated farms globally, but to promote sustainable agriculture and healthy food production, regenerative ranching needs to scale in order to enhance soil health.
Farmers are hesitant to transition to more profitable and regenerative methods that promote soil health, as their margins are currently under 8%. This limits their ability to embrace sustainable agriculture practices that could lead to the production of healthier food.
Investors demand immediate proof of success in sustainable agriculture, while ranchers need multiple seasons to showcase meaningful results in regenerative practices that enhance soil health and produce healthy food.
Investors, philanthropists, tech founders, government officials, and ranchers all speak different languages when it comes to topics like healthy food, sustainable agriculture, and the importance of soil health in regenerative ranching practices.

HRD is a “value-add” real estate strategy to own and option land where our regenerative transition investment significantly enhances soil health and promotes sustainable agriculture, ultimately leading to the production of healthy food through innovative ranching practices.

Implement rotational grazing methodologies that promote soil health, enhance water retention, and improve carrying capacity, thereby supporting sustainable agriculture. The Hinterland Institute, in collaboration with universities and data partnerships, trains regenerative ranchers dedicated to producing healthy food.

Our Ranch OS 2.0 seamlessly connects existing agricultural technology tools into one unified daily operational plan—capture data once, use it everywhere to support sustainable agriculture. By focusing on soil health and regenerative practices, we can enhance ranching operations and contribute to the production of healthy food. Measure, report, and verify your progress with ease.

Operating reserves, grants, and non-dilutive capital play a crucial role in supporting sustainable agriculture practices. In regions affected by drought, ranching diversification and hedging strategies can enhance soil health. Additionally, herd transfers can be executed without relying on debt financing, ensuring a focus on healthy food production through regenerative methods.
Hinterland Institute and university ranch management researchers leverage over 20 years of proven methods to cultivate a pipeline of passionate, bankable, regenerative ranchers dedicated to sustainable agriculture and promoting soil health, all while producing healthy food.
Virtual fencing, AgriWebb and PastureMap management tools, weigh scales and water telemetry, satellite and weather data, along with EarthOptics soil measurement and verification systems, play a crucial role in promoting sustainable agriculture. These technologies not only enhance ranching practices but also contribute to soil health, supporting the production of healthy food through regenerative methods.
Real-time ranch communications, anonymized benchmarking, pooled procurement power, and coordinated offtake agreements foster unprecedented collaboration and efficiency in ranching, contributing to sustainable agriculture and promoting healthy food production while enhancing soil health through regenerative practices.
Single platform management consolidates plans, tasks, herd data, water systems, and compliance evidence in one accessible location, supporting sustainable agriculture practices that promote soil health and enable ranching operations to produce healthy food through regenerative methods.
Machine learning closes the operational loop—every action automatically improves next week's plan, promoting healthy food production, enhancing ranching practices, and strengthening the evidence package for stakeholders focused on regenerative methods that boost soil health and support sustainable agriculture.
Brand development in ranching involves cattle brokerage and hedging strategies that support sustainable agriculture practices. By focusing on herd shifting and improving soil health, ranchers can contribute to regenerative farming efforts. Additionally, exploring land options for energy development and carbon credits can enhance the viability of healthy food production while addressing Scope 3 emissions.
